Great thought for the week. What little things do your co-workers, spouse or friends do that help you through a tough day?
It is the little things we do that can make a big difference to others. A smile, a thank you, a card or a call to let someone know you care in some way.
Last week I was having a difficult time, being in what I call “the waiting room” regarding important information that I was waiting hear about.
One of my coworkers knew that I was having an especially difficult day and that I needed to arrive an extra hour early the next day to see a patient before hours with the doctor.
At the end of the day, she approached me and asked if I would like her to come in early so I would not have to. I thanked her and let her know that I would be there.
